Still image originals

I ensured the front cover image would have enough room around the image for my text to lay on to it. The neutral colored backround meant i had a chance to explore different colours such as red, black and pink, as all would show against the background colour. By having thegirls stood in a semi circular shape it makes the central of the image the busiest allowing room for me at the sides to fill in the empty spaces with smaller images and text.

The contents page plan was to fill the top right hand corner with an image, similar to the kerrang contents page. I realised I could use a plain background for this.

 

 

Double page spread image is against a white background with a pair of lights angled directly onto the girls' faces. This image uses the plain white background to its advantage by connoting it being took professionally, in a proper studio.
